Root Foundry provides website design, development, maintenance, support, analytics, reporting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your proposal, agreement, or invoice.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and lawful content. You are responsible for any material, assets, or credentials you provide to us.
4. Payments and Fees
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are listed in your project documents. Late or non-payment may pause work or service access until account status is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, final paid deliverables are transferred to the client for approved use. Root Foundry retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal tools, and reusable implementation methods.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep services available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may improve, modify, or discontinue service features as needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service according to written agreement terms. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
