Pricing
Flat rates for the build, a free 6-month runway after launch, and clear options for what comes next — whether that's a subscription plan or paying for changes as you go.
Every project starts with a straightforward page-based pricing structure. Up to 5 pages is a flat rate — additional pages beyond that are each $100 more. Custom functionality (booking systems, e-commerce, integrations) is quoted separately after a discovery conversation.
| Package | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Site (up to 5 pages) | $400 flat | 2–3 weeks |
| Additional pages (beyond 5) | +$100 per page | Added to timeline |
| Custom functionality (booking, e-commerce, integrations) | Quoted per project | 6–10+ weeks |
| 6-month no-cost management | Included with every project | Starts at launch |
| Pages | How it's calculated | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 5 pages | $400 flat | $400 |
| 6 pages | $400 + (1 × $100) | $500 |
| 8 pages | $400 + (3 × $100) | $700 |
| 10 pages | $400 + (5 × $100) | $900 |
A "page" is a standalone section of your site with its own URL — Home, About, Services, Contact, etc. Sections within a single page don't count as additional pages.
Payment is flexible and can be fit to the customer's needs. If a payment plan is needed, the first payment is required to start work. Payments typically happen on a monthly basis and are due at the end of the month. The due date is subject to change per request of the customer.
Every website project includes 6 months of free hosting and management after launch. After that period, you can continue with a monthly subscription plan to keep your site hosted, maintained, and supported — or move to one-off billing for changes as needed (see Section 3).

The Standard and Premium plans include a reduced rate on any additional development work outside normal maintenance — so larger updates cost less for subscribers than they would on a one-off basis.
If you choose not to continue with a subscription, your site remains live but ongoing hosting, maintenance, and changes are no longer included. Any updates or fixes will be billed as one-off changes per Section 3, and hosting arrangements will be discussed at that time.
For clients without an active subscription plan, individual updates and changes are available at any time. All changes have a minimum charge to cover the time of any small edit, billed at a flat rate regardless of how quick the task is.
| Type of change | Typical time | What you pay | Notes |
