Part 1
Every project starts with a straightforward page-based pricing structure. Up to 5 pages is a flat rate — additional pages beyond that are each $100 more. Custom functionality (booking systems, e-commerce, integrations) is quoted separately after a discovery conversation.

A "page" is a standalone section of your site with its own URL — Home, About, Services, Contact, etc. Sections within a single page don't count as additional pages.
Payment is flexible and can be fit to the customer's needs. If a payment plan is needed, the first payment is required to start work. Payments typically happen on a monthly basis and are due at the end of the month. The due date is subject to change per request of the customer.
Part 2
Every website project includes 6 months of free hosting and management after launch. After that period, you can continue with a monthly subscription plan to keep your site hosted, maintained, and supported — or move to one-off billing for changes as needed (see Part 3).

The Standard and Premium plans include a reduced rate on any additional development work outside normal maintenance — so larger updates cost less for subscribers than they would on a one-off basis.
If you choose not to continue with a subscription, your site remains live but ongoing hosting, maintenance, and changes are no longer included. Any updates or fixes will be billed as one-off changes per Part 3, and hosting arrangements will be discussed at that time.
Part 3
For clients without an active subscription plan, individual updates and changes are available at any time. All changes have a minimum charge to cover the time of any small edit, billed at a flat rate regardless of how quick the task is.

Turnaround
