Site ID Reference Guide

1Create a Site

First, you need to create a website/site in the system:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Sites section
  3. Click "+ Add Site" button
  4. Fill in the site details:
    • Site name (e.g., "ABC Corp Website", "Main Portfolio")
    • Site URL (e.g., "https://example.com")
    • Any other relevant information
  5. Click "Create Site"

2Copy the Site ID

After creating a site, you'll see the Site ID displayed:

Example Site ID:

ABcD1234EFgh5678IJkl

The Site ID is:

  • A unique identifier for each site
  • Generated automatically when you create a site
  • Shown in the site details and list
  • Can be copied with one click in most places

3Create a Client with the Site ID

Now use the Site ID to create a client account:

  1. Go to Admin → Clients
  2. Click "+ New Client" button
  3. Fill in the client form:
    • Site ID: Paste the Site ID from step 2
    • Company Name: Client's company name
    • Contact Email: Client's email address
    • Contact Phone: (Optional) Client's phone number
  4. Click "Create Client"

What Happens Next

Once the client is created:

  • The client receives login access
  • They can sign in with their Google account
  • They'll see only their assigned site(s) in their dashboard
  • They can view analytics, status, and file tickets
  • You can manage multiple sites for one client by creating multiple client accounts

Example Workflow

Scenario: You want to add "Acme Corp" as a client

  1. Create a site called "Acme Corp Website"
  2. The system generates Site ID: acme-corp-2024
  3. Go to Admin → Clients
  4. Create new client:
    • Site ID: acme-corp-2024
    • Company Name: Acme Corp
    • Email: contact@acmecorp.com
  5. Acme Corp can now sign in and manage their website!
